Push 2 Health Programme

The second Push2Health programme is being launched. It is a 12 week programme aimed at with physical impairments or disabilities that may have prevented them from taking part / wanting to take part in sport and physical activity and aims to support those who want to do more in a supporting and safe environment. There are 2 taster sessions running on Tuesday 25th Nov & Tuesday 2nd Dec 2014 between 6.00pm – 8pm at the Riverside activity Hall at the University of Worcester. This is located next to the Arena. The whole programme is free to attend including the taster sessions.

Then the progarmme starts on the the 12 week programme on Tuesday 6th Jan 2015 (6-8pm) and we will offer a variety of physical activities to suit the needs of group, so everyone feels confident, comfortable and pushed a little to try and improve on their fitness and physical activity levels. They will do a variety of activities including adapted circuits, wheelchair basketball, use of McCelland fitness centre as well as some new activities targeting everyday movement skills and Pilates!
