Level 2 Principles & preparations of Coaching Sport course


If you are 14+ with an interest in coaching then the 1st4sport certificate might just be for you.The course is an accredited (UKCC) UK coaching certificate award which focuses on the fundamentals of sports coaching , player development  and session delivery . This is the first stage of  the two stage  course which runs on the following dates : July 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th. And August 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th. For more information see link below.

Visually Impaired Cricket comes to Worcester !!!

Dear Supporter

We are delighted to announce that Visual Impaired (VI) cricket is coming to Worcestershire, courtesy of the Old Elizabethans Cricket Club who play at the Memorial Ground, Perdiswell Park in Worcester. With the support of Sport England and Sight Concern the club are holding a launch of their visual impaired cricket programme on Sunday 15th June, with an exhibition game being held between the England VI cricket team and an Old Elizabethans eleven, as well as opportunities for people who attend to play VI cricket alongside the main game.

Kurling Equipment For Sale!

Malvern Hills District Council have purchased some New Age Kurling Equipment which they no longer need so wondered if anybody would be interested in buying it off them? If you know of any schools or disability groups who might also be interested then please offer to them too.

This is what is available:

2 Kurling sets (4 blue and 4 red stones in each set)

2 Pusher sets ( 1 red and 1 blue head in each set)

Dance for Adults with Learning disabilities

Mencap Heart of England  will be offering a free dance taster session on 19th March at 1 pm. This will take place at the Studley Centre, High St Studley. It is hoped that these will turn into regular weekly workshops.
